Some things from the past never lose their importance. The MSO (Multiple Secondary Operations) machine has been performing secondary tasks cost effectively for over 35 years and still commands a place in manufacturing today.
While maintaining its original capabilities and functions, improvements and upgrades have been implemented into the remanufacturing process. These include totally new solid state electrics, variable speed drive indexing with no clutches or trip levers and a completely new coolant system. The main table and indexing table are reground and the slide ways are re-scraped.

When secondary operations are required the MSO does the job. Drilling, reaming, tapping, milling and other special operations can be performed with loading and unloading being done during the machining cycle. With an index time of .7 seconds cycle times are fast without sacrificing accuracy. Redux International will remanufacture your complete machine and retrofit it with a new electro-mechanical indexing mechanism, new PLC controlled electrics and new coolant system. We will re-scrape the ways and rebuild the feed valves on each power unit. Each machine is disassembled and all parts are cleaned, inspected, repaired or replaced before painting and assembly. |

New Servo Features
| For further ease of setup and operation, a remanufactured MSO is now being introduced with servo driven ball screw operated slides. This feature eliminates the air/oil system of feeding the slides. The operator interface gives push button ease to set up and troubleshooting. |
